Privacy Policy

Last updated: 18 July 2026

Sigma Tech India (“we”, “us”) builds enterprise AI systems from Bengaluru, Karnataka. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We practise data minimisation: we ask only for what we genuinely need to respond to you and deliver our work.

Data we collect

When you submit our inquiry form we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, mobile number, company, the service you are interested in, and your message. We do not require you to create an account to contact us, and we do not ask for sensitive personal data.

If you apply through our Careers form, we also collect your phone number, LinkedIn profile, résumé link and cover letter so we can assess your application.

Why we use it

Inquiry form data (name, email, mobile, company and message) is stored so we can respond to your enquiry, and is emailed to our team so a person can follow up. We use it only to reply to you, to scope and deliver the work you ask about, and to keep a record of our correspondence. We do not sell your data or use it for unrelated purposes.

Alignment with the DPDP Act 2023

We align our handling of personal data with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We process your data for the specified purpose above, keep it only as long as needed for that purpose or to meet legal obligations, and apply reasonable safeguards to protect it. You may ask us to access, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent for future contact, by emailing us.

Analytics and tracking

We do not use third-party advertising networks and we do not track you across other websites. We use only first-party analytics, and only when that feature is enabled — to understand which pages are useful and improve the site. This data is aggregated and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Sharing and processors

We share personal data only with the service providers that help us operate — for example our email and hosting providers — and only to the extent needed to run this site and reply to you. We may disclose data where required by law.

Retention

We keep enquiry and application records for as long as needed to respond to you, deliver an engagement, and meet legal or accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymise them.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. Email contact@sigmatechind.com and we will act on your request.
